Nokia

Nokia N95 8G with JustCallMeNokia Corporation will provide Digifonica's VoWiFi technology through the mutual brand JustCallME on converged, WiFi-enabled, Nokia mobile handsets.

This service will be available to all new WiFi enabled NSeries and ESeries handsets as well as to over 50 million existing NSeries and Eseries handsets currently in distribution through the partner "download!" section of the Nokia corporate website. Subsequent phases of the agreement include the ability for end users and mobile phone retailers to provision the phones immediately through a self installing SMS message, or through a joint Digifonica/Forum Nokia developed plug-in. Ultimately, the future goal is to have the JustCallME service pre-embedded on all new Nokia converged technology devices and mobile computing devices. In addition, under the terms of the agreement, Nokia will share in the revenue generated under the agreement.

JustCallME services (http://www.justcall.me.uk/) include Pay As You Go plans and limited or unlimited minute plans starting from as little as £5.99. The launch of JustCallME will commence in Europe during Q1, 2008.

ABOUT NOKIA CONVERGED DEVICES
Nokia’s ESeries and NSeries WiFi-enabled converged mobile devices represented approximately 10.3% (45 million) of Nokia’s global distribution of 437.1 million mobile devices in 2007. The JustCallME services will be made available to all of these devices through both the Download feature of the mobile device, and through future releases of the mobile devices’ operating system.
