The Intermediate Web Developer is primarily responsible for the development of web applications that expose core back-end features to the web.  It is highly technical and requires a wide breadth of technological understanding.  The incumbent operates under general supervision and does not manage staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for:

1. Web Application Interfaces.
2. Programming in PHP, CSS, HTML and some AJAX.
3. UI development and design.
4. Any other duties as assigned. 

Education

• Post secondary education i.e. degree in Computer Science or certifications preferred.

Previous Experience

• 3 – 4 years of web, Internet or networking related development experience;
• Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript + DOM + AJAX;
• Additional Languages a plus (Python, C++)
• Must have experience developing websites and utilizing the listed technologies in a professional capacity.
