Tier 1 Multimedia Switching Platforms Digifonica’s Tier 1 Multimedia Switching Platform is an access point to the Digifonica network, providing carrier-grade voice, media, and data switching. The platform offers a SIP-based access for subscribers to make and receive telephone calls. It also provides web-based tools for subscribers to sign up and manage their accounts via a PC or mobile device. Digifonica has a number of switching platforms in North America and Europe, each of which are built using modern full-resilient server technology that is energy efficient and environmentally conscious. | Termination and Origination Digifonica has partnered with a number of termination and origination providers to ensure that the company delivers a high quality and resilient voice service to our partners and subscribers. The Digifonica termination system intelligently determines optimal routing for terminating calls to Public Switched Telephone Networks (PSTNs).
