Digifonica’s Subscriber Self-Care Website provides a one-point secure web location for you to view and manage your VoIP account. Built as an extension of the JustCallME website, the Self-Care website allows you to log in to a secure site, where you can view and manage your account yourself. Many of our partners’ services also provide this feature.

Using the Self Care website, you can: 

  Keep track of account details
  Track your calling history
 Manage calling features including voicemail, call forwarding, and call blocking
 Keep track of billing statements
